A tartare of salmon and zucchini ... an original idea of ​​entrance for holiday meals or summer. Quick and easy to make, it will delight your guests.


For 4 people :

  • 300 g fresh salmon fillet
  • 4 small zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 shallots
  • 4 pickles
  • 4 c. tablespoon of olive oil
  • the juice of a lemon
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 C. grated ginger
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper


Wash the vegetables. Boil the tomatoes and peel them. Cut into small cubes and pickles.
Cut the salmon fillets into cubes or dices according to your taste.
Chop the shallots. Chop the dill.
Mix the salmon with the gherkin, the olive oil, the lemon juice, the shallot and the dill. Add salt and pepper.
