Low calorie (20 kcal per 100 g), zucchini is a vegetable allied with pregnancy. Its vitamin C, its fibers and its minerals make it an ally. Here, a light recipe.
For 4 people
- 1 kg of zucchini
- 10 cl of liquid cream
- 2 cubes of chicken broth
Put the zucchini in a saucepan, cover with 1 liter of cold water. Salt, pepper, and bring to a boil. Add broth cubes and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Mix the soup, add the cream and mix well. Serve hot.
