That's a big salad! Mix of chicken, apple, carrot, curry ... it will delight his young taste buds from 18 months.

Ingredients:

• 1 carrot
• 1 half Granny apple
• 1 chicken aiguillette
• 1 pinch of curry
• the juice of half an orange
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper.

Preparation:

Wash and peel the carrot and grated it with the big side of the grater. Cut the apple into small cubes and mix them with the carrot, adding the orange juice, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Cook the diced chicken breast in a little oil and sprinkle with curry. Serve with the salad.
