  • For 2 meals:
  • 25 g of coral lentils
  • 100 g potatoes
  • 30 g green beans
  • 25 g bread crumbs
  • 1 C. coffee oil
  • 1 pinch of salt.


Peel and wash green beans and potato. Cut the latter into cubes. Steam everything for 20 minutes and crush with a fork. Cook the lentils for 10 minutes in boiling water, salt them at the end of cooking and drain them. Mix them with the vegetables. Form 6 small patties, roll them in the bread crumbs and pan them with oil 2 min on each side.
